We at cotton-kids.com enjoy positive relations with our wholesale customers. Part of that is making sure that our policies are clear before we begin working together. The following are the policies that we have developed over time as we’ve worked with numerous wholesale customers:

1. First order minimum is $500.
2. All diapers and diaper covers are packaged 12 to a package.
3. There is an extra handling fee of $5.00 for splitting a package in half. Other than splitting in half, we cannot accommodate split packages.
4. Diaper pail liners, duffle bags, diaper doublers and wipes are packaged 6 to a package. These packages cannot be split.
5. Shipping and handling (see chart below) is paid by the customer. When a purchase order arrives, we will create an invoice that includes the shipping and handling fees and will fax, email or telephone the total back to the sender for check preparation or credit card use authorization. When we receive the check or a signature authorizing use of the credit card, we ship the order immediately.
6. If we are out of stock on any item ordered, we will contact the wholesale customer immediately.
7. We provide drop-shipping for a $3.50 additional handling charge per drop-shipped order. Postage will be charged to the wholesale customer who requested the shipment.
