Thank you for your interest in our products.
In order to qualify to distribute our products you must be a registered business and have a federal tax id # as well as a state resale certificate (I am assuming you are in the United States)? We do ask e-tailers to sign a vendor agreement and agree to uphold our pricing policies. The minimum initial order is 120 units (multiples of 5 per size), and the minimum for re-stocking orders is 60 units. (These minimums do not apply to the KOKKOON). We also ask that you maintain enough inventory in order to stock our products adequately.
Please note that our vendors should maintain minimum quarterly purchases in order to retain status as a retailer. If you feel that this may be a problem for you - please contact me to discuss it.
I have attached a vendor agreement to this e-mail. If this is something you feel you can live with - then sign it and fax it back to us with a copy of your state resale tax certificate - and I will send you out some wholesale information.
