Who We Are

Diaper Decisions is company owned and operated by two work at home moms! Susie is a Colorado based Army wife and Mom to three great kids, two boys and one little princess. She is a homeschooling mom and also the owner of her own diapering business, Lucy Luvs! Susie started cloth diapering with her second child and understands how hard the cloth diapering world can be to navigate.

She started with store bought flats and plastic pants, what she now considers a cloth diaper nightmare! She has been very successful in operating a local business in any town her family is in and has a lot of insight to share with new cloth diaper businesses. Susie’s background is in child care and development until her second child was born.

Diaper Decisions was born out of the idea to make simple brochures that could be customized with each individual’s business information, projecting a sense of professionalism to the local community. This idea evolved into what is now known as the “Biz Pack.” this one idea, and continues to grow and expand on this one principle: Empowering Moms to promote their own businesses, professionally and affordably, while in turn promoting a cause we find so important - more babies in cloth diapers!

What We Do

Diaper Decisions is not unique in what we do. What makes us different is who we do it for and how we accomplish our goals. Diaper Decisions’ goal is first and foremost to help the work at home mom promote herself within her budget without sacrificing professionalism. There is nowhere else you will find the same services and products we offer at anywhere close to the prices we offer it. That is what makes us different and a company that *truly* operates for the work at home mom.

We offer products, such as brochures and tradeshow helps, and also services, such as website check-ups, one-on-one business consulting, and business plan writing. While we have a simple store on our website, we also work very closely with other Moms as needed to fulfill special requests that aren’t in our store. We believe in treating each person as an individual client, rather than just a customer. We have been very encouraged by how much of our business comes from email requests and not just shopping cart emails. This is something we find to be a real privilege! We have been working extensively on many more items and services for the work at home mom and will add them as each set of items becomes available, rather than one item at a time.

We believe in making our selection as comprehensive as possible and have chosen to go the extra mile, selecting and developing products until we are completely satisfied with them before we add them to our storefront. We are excited about all the plans we have had from the start beginning to become what we imagined them to be, and even more excited to share them with the Moms out there!

Why We Do It

It’s very simple. We honestly believe that ANY mom can have a successful business, regardless of background, experience or talent. We know that some parts of business ownership may come easier to some than others. That being said, we also believe that anyone with the heart and determination to do something can do it.

We are firm believers in the benefits of attachment parenting and all that surrounds this style of parenting. Cloth diapers are a big part of this belief and an important issue in our day and times. We believe that the spread of cloth diapering is in the hands of those moms who do this for a business. By educating your community through your business promotion, we honestly feel there can be a real shift in how our society views what is “normal” and what is not! We have, and will continue, to do all we can to help each individual make their business a success! It’s just “what we do!”
