1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY in order to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Enter the Great Cloth Diaper Hunt by completing an online registration form -- limit one registration per valid email address and physical address. You can register any time between April 15, 2009 and midnight EST on May 31, 2009. The Great Cloth Diaper Hunt will officially start at 11:00 A.M. EST on May 1, 2009 and will end at midnight EST on May 31, 2009.

3. All eligible entries will be entered in the Daily Prizes, Ultimate Grand Prize, Extreme Grand Prize, Grand Prize, First Place Prize, Extreme Second Prize and Second Place Prize Drawings. Daily Prize and Extreme Prize winners are eligible for entry into other prize drawings. Diaper Decisions will first draw the Ultimate Grand Prize winner. All unwinning entries will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing with other eligible entries. Diaper Decisions will then draw the Grand Prize Winners. All unwinning entries will be entered into the First Prize Drawing. Diaper Decisions will then draw the First Prize Winners. All unwinning entries will be entered into the Second Prize Drawings.

To be eligible for prizes you must visit participating sites between May 1, 2009 and May 31, 2009. At each site you must find the Diaper Decisions diaper hidden on the site, click on it, go to the Verification Page and enter your e-mail address. This is sent automatically to the prize database.

Anyone finding 25 Extreme diapers will be eligible for the Extreme Grand Prize drawing. One Extreme Grand Prize will be awarded, valued at approx. $300 retail value. The Extreme Grand Prize winner will be eligible for additional prizes.

Anyone finding 15 Extreme diapers will be eligible for the Extreme Second Prize drawing. Three Extreme Grand Prize will be awarded, valued at approx. $40 retail value. The Extreme Second Prize winners will be eligible for additional prizes.

Anyone finding 175 diapers at participating sites will be eligible for the Ultimate Grand Prize drawing. One Ultimate Grand Prize will be awarded, valued at approx. $500 retail value. The Ultimate Grand Prize winner will not be eligible for any additional prizes.

Anyone finding 150 diapers at participating sites will be eligible for the grand prize drawing. Two grand prizes will be awarded, valued at approx. $300 each retail value. The grand prize winners will not be eligible for any additional prizes.

Anyone finding 100 diapers at participating sites will be eligible for the first prize drawing. Twenty first prizes will be awarded, each worth approx. $50 retail value. The first prize winners will not be eligible for any additional prizes.

Anyone finding 75 diapers at participating sites will be eligible for a second prize drawing. Thirty second prizes will be awarded. The prizes are valued at approx. $25. The second prize winners will not be eligible for any additional prizes.

Anyone finding at least one diaper each day will be eligible for a Daily Prize for that day. Thirty Daily Prizes will be awarded, valued at approx. $10. Daily Prize winners are eligible to win other prizes.

You must find 1 diaper per participating website. Only 1 entry per participating website will be given. Duplicate entries will not be recorded.

All prizes are donated by participating sites. Each participating site will donate one prize offering valued at least at $10 retail.

How Winners will be Determined: The Ultimate Grand Prize Winners, Extreme Grand Prize Winners, Extreme Second Prize Winners, Grand Prize Winners, First Place Winners, and Second Place Winners will be selected in a RANDOM drawing from among all eligible entries on approximately June 12, 2009. The prize winners will be posted at Diaper Decisions on approximately June 14, 2009 and will be notified by email.

Daily Prize Winners will be selected in a RANDOM drawing from among all eligible entries each Monday and posted at the Diaper Decisions website the following day.

The winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within 10 days of issuance of prize notification. All winners consent to the use of their name and photographs for advertising and promotional purposes. The odds of winning the Ultimate Grand Prize and Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The odds of winning First Place Prizes or Second Place Prizes depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The odds of winning the Daily Prizes depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Eligibility: In order to participate in the Great Diaper Hunt you must be 18 years or older. Employees of Diaper Decisions and their households and immediate families are ineligible.

5. All costs, taxes, fees, and customs fees associated with any element of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. All shipping expenses in excess of $20.00 US currency are the sole responsibility of the winners. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the winner's responsibility. All prizes will be awarded.

6. Winner's List: On or about June 14, 2009 you may obtain the names of the Extreme, Ultimate Grand, Grand, First, Second and Daily Prize winners by visiting Diaper Decisions.

7. General Information: Diaper Decisions reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be interfering with the integrity or fairness of the Great Diaper Hunt; or tampering with the entry process or the operation of the site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Caution: any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Great Cloth Diaper Hunt is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Diaper Decisions reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitations of Liability: Diaper Decisions is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Great Cloth Diaper Hunt or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Great Cloth Diaper Hunt. Diaper Decisions assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Diaper Decisions is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Great Cloth Diaper Hunt. Diaper Decisions is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in connection with the Great Cloth Diaper Hunt. If, for any reason, the Great Cloth Diaper Hunt is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Diaper Decisions which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Great Cloth Diaper Hunt, Diaper Decisions reserves the right at the sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Great Diaper Hunt.
