Registration Information

1. Q. How do I register for the Hunt?
A. You will be able to register for the hunt on October 15, 2009. Please check back.

2. Q. How do I change my address, phone number, etc.?
A. You may change your registration information at any time by sending an email to support@diaperdecisions.com

3. Q. What if I made a typo when I registered?
A. If you think you made a typo, please send an email to support@diaperdecisions.com.

4. Q. I have changed my e-mail. Can you please change your records?
A. We strongly suggest you do not change your e-mail during the Hunt or once you have begun to locate the Diaper Decisions icons. Your old e-mail address prize registrations and your new e-mail address prize registrations will not merge together.

If you must edit or update your e-mail address, please send an email to support@diaperdecisions.com

5. Q. Can My husband (or another person who lives in my home) register and hunt for diapers also?
A. No. Only one registration per email address AND physical address is allowed.

6.Q. I never received a confirmation email when i registered for the GCDH. Can you send me a new one?
I lost/deleted my confirmation email. Can you send me a new one?
Can I get another copy of the GCDH discount code? I am ready to shop!
A. Please follow the directions at the top of the Sponsor list to get a copy of your discount code.

Technical Information

1. Q. I will be using a computer from home and work. Do I need to register for each computer?
A. You can participate in the Great Cloth Diaper Hunt from both computers. Please only register once.

2. Q. Does it matter which browser I use?
A. Both Diaper Decisions and the participating retailers have done their best to make sure the websites work with all major browsers. However, you may be unable to view a website due to an older browser being used or system incompatibilities.

Hunting for Diapers

1. Q. What do I do??
A. Simply look through each website listed on the sponsor page and locate the Diaper Decisions diaper located on each website. Once you find the diaper, click on it and you will be taken to the verification page to verify your entry. Find as many diapers as you can in order to be entered into prize drawings!

2. Q. What time does the GCDH start?
A. The GCDH starts at 8 AM PST, 9 AM MST, 10 AM CST and 11 AM EST. Any entries submitted before that time will not be counted.

3. Q. Which sponsor should I start hunting at?
A. The sponsors are listed in alphabetical order. Please start at the letter that starts your last name.

4. Q. What is the Extreme Hunt?
A. The Extreme Hunt is a brand new hunt within a hunt! You will be finding sites with this icon:

The Extreme sites will be harder to find, and will require some extra brain power. By finding all 15 Extreme sites you will be entered into a special Extreme prize drawing!

5. Q. I can't find the Diaper Decisions icon!
A. The shops have been asked to locate the Diaper Decisions icon no more than four clicks from the front page -- but where you start your search among the menu items on each website also affects how many clicks it will take you to find the right page.

They have also been asked to respond to email questions with hints if needed. Please do your best to locate the Diaper Decisions icon before asking. Remember, we want you to look around these sites and you have a whole month.

Tracking Entries

1. Q. How many Diaper Decisions diapers do I need to find in the Hunt?
A.You will need to find 75 diapers to qualify for second prize drawing, 100 for the first prize drawing, 145 for the grand prize drawing and 170 for the ultimate grand prize drawing. You need to find all 25 Extreme diapers to qualify for the Extreme Grand Prize and 15 Extreme diapers to qualify for the Extreme Second Prize.

2. Q. How long do I have to find the Diaper Decisions icons?
A. The Great Cloth Diaper Hunt will officially start at 11:00 am EST on November 1, 2009 and will end at midnight EST on November 30, 2009.

3. Q. How do I know if my prize registration was successful at each website?
A. You will be redirected to the Diaper Decisions home page.

4. Q. When I try to submit an entry, an error page tells me that I have not registered, but when I try to register, an error page tells me I have already registered. Help!
A. Uh-Oh! When you registered to hunt, you misspelled your email address! Please send an email to support@diaperdecisions.com. Please tell us your first and last name, and the email address you are using to hunt and and we can fix you up!

5. Q. I checked my progress and some of my entries are not shown!
A. Most likely you bagan hunting before the official hunt start time. If you think this is not the problem please send an email to support@diaperdecisions.com.

6. Q. Now that I have found all the Diaper Decisions icons, do I need to do anything?
A. Congratulations! Job well done! The hard part is over. Now the fun begins. We are sure you found tons of great ideas and products. Enjoy shopping! Be sure to check back frequently with the shops - - they are adding specials all the time. Don't forget to bookmark your favorite sites.

Prize Winner Notification

1. Q. How are the prize winners selected in The Great Cloth Diaper Hunt?
A. The Ultimate Grand Prize, Grand prize winners, First Place winners and Second Place Winners will be selected in a RANDOM drawing from among all eligible entries on approximately December 12, 2009. Daily Winners will be selected in a RANDOM drawing and posted each morning.

2. Q. Can I see who the prize winners were?
A. On or about December 14, 2009, the prize winners will be posted at Diaper Decisions and each winner will be notified by e-mail.

3. Q. I won! When will I receive my prize?
A. Prizes will be mailed no more than six to eight weeks after the winners are chosen.

4. Q. I won! Is this really all free?
A. Diaper Decisions will pay for shipping of your package as long as it is less than $20.00 US to ship. If the cost exceeds $20, we will ask you to pay the difference before the prize will ship. Reasons for this may include an extremely large package or international shipping charges.
